7 years+ specialized experience in online retail marketing strategy.
In depth understanding of online shopping behaviors. Ecommerce industry insight and expertise in online retail strategy.
Experience in the following would be preferred:
a. Skills in business intelligence and analytics to improve the following areas:
- Interactive branding and online marketing;
- Online merchandising;
- Site design and multichannel integration.
b. Interactive marketing experiences to drive incremental revenue across multiple channels - increase customer acquisition, convert more visitors into buyers, retention and growth from existing customers.
c. Integrate marketing campaigns with different components of the business effectively synchronizing technology, merchandising, marketing and data analysis. Design solutions using buyer and browser preference data and multivariate testing to help drive new customer acquisition and incremental revenue.

Job Description

  Overall responsibility and management of covering marketing, brand planning, creative development and merchandising.


Develop Business Plans and Strategy to increase overall business for the company. Improvise Marketing strategy, Roadmap and Management to deliver best in class consumer experience and pre-empt competition for our direct commerce business.
Responsibility for overall revenue generation from the retail website. Enhance the top line and bottom line of the organization, by proactively conceiving unique and competitive strategies with respect to existing businesses or look out for new channels/businesses for the same. Understand the revenue drivers to set objectives and prioritize activities to hit and exceed targets - in the short, medium and long-term acquisition goals.
Fostering strategic alliances and cross business relationships to enhance development and sales. Collaborate with affiliates, partners, customers and team to help grow the business and inculcate best practice expertise at all levels. Responsible for Cross Promotion tie ups, association and breaking barter deals for brand communications and gross acquisition
Monitoring of overall business performance and with respective functional departments. Prepare Marketing plan and budget and translate the approved plans into a marketing calendar. Monitor achievement of the same ensuring maximum return on marketing spend.

Help in conformity from vendors and team to processes related to order management module.
